1968 Triumph GT6

This car has a significant racing history well documented back to 1972. It was restored 12 years ago to it's excellent condition. The car has recorded a win at Watkins Glen in 1980.

John passed away suddenly and the car is now being offered for sale. Please follow the history of the car, including pictures and copies of the logbooks
This car is offered for sale with the following spares:
3 oil pans;
3 differentials;
1 spare engine -to be rebuilt;
spare set of wheels, type unknown, with rubber mounted, condition unknown;
lug nuts;
1 steering rack book kit;
misc. ignition parts;
engine bearings;
rocker arm assembly;
spare distributor and cap.
The engine in the car has two race weekends on it. The second race weekend got cut short because of a cracked distributor cap. Both events were at Mid-Ohio, John turned very respectible times of 1:55. John got approval from Peter Krause to run the car with VDCA, but never made one of their events.
The asking price has recently been reduced to $12,000. The car is in Ohio.
