Dean Power

Dean Power comes to us from Stratford, CT via England, and he has almost 30 years experience in the restoration and maintenance of both sports and racing vehicles. Before joining Bob’s, he was with Vintage Racing Services of Stratford, Connecticut where he was responsible for the maintenance and preparation of vintage race cars for road and/or race use. He is also a member of VSCCA (Vintage Sportscar Club of America) and is in the process of restoring his 1970 MGB roadster.

He is an accomplished welder/fabricator whose expertise includes chassis construction, suspension, engine and gearbox preparation for both street use and racing applications. Dean has been both a driver and crew chief in various types of racing, such as auto-cross, oval track and road racing. In 1997 Dean won a championship as a co-owner/crew chief in oval track racing.
